Ashiatsu (Oriental Bar Therapy)
This is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Parallel bars are used above the massage table for balance, support, and client safety.
Craniosacral
Restores natural rhythms of the body by promoting craniosacral fluid production and flow.
Deep Tissue
Manipulation of the deeper layers of muscle and soft tissues in the body. Many people get a deep tissue massage to help relieve chronic aches and pain.
Gua Sha
A traditional Chinese treatment in which the skin is scraped to release unhealthy elements from injured areas and stimulates blood flow and healing.
Kinesio Taping
A rehabilitative taping technique designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles joints. $5 with any other service.
Lymph Drainage

Modern Cupping
Cups lift the tissue with applied suction, offering the potential for relief from pain, inflammation, digestive problems, circulation, and stress relief. Modern cupping is less invasive and leaves less severe marks.
Prenatal / Pregnancy Massage
